All Classes Will Be Held On Sand Arena s

 

Class 1: AM7 (Rule 40.8) HRCAV Points Class

Class 2: Competition in Two Phases (Rule 55.x) HRCAV Points Class

 

Course designer: David Watson

 

Entry Fees:                          $30 for both Classes (inc Medical Levy)

                                             (Official HRCAV entry form Rev 270308 to be used.)

NO DOGS ALLOWED ON GROUNDS – VENUE REGULATION

 

Conditions of Entry:

  • This event will be conducted under HRCAV rules and regulations.

  • All riders must present valid membership & showjumping performance cards prior to riding.

  • All riders must present for gear check at least 20 minutes prior to riding in first class.

  • Competitors must supply their own bridle or saddle blanket number.

  • Approved safety helmets (Jan 2003) and boots must be worn at all times whilst mounted.

  • There will be no refunds after closing date unless accompanied by a medical or veterinary certificate to be received by the Event Secretary within 7 days of the competition date.

  • Protests must be lodged within 30 minutes of posting of interim results and must be accompanied by a $20 deposit.

  • South Eastern Dressage Club Inc & Hillcrest Christian College do not accept any liability for accidents, damage, injury, illness or loss to any person, horse or property.

  • The organisers reserve the right to change or cancel any class without notice.
