Conditions of Entry:

This event will be conducted under HRCAV rules and regulations.

All riders must present valid membership & showjumping performance cards prior to riding.

All riders must present for gear check at least 20 minutes prior to riding in first class.

Competitors must supply their own bridle or saddle blanket number.

Approved safety helmets (Jan 2003) and boots must be worn at all times whilst mounted.

There will be no refunds after closing date unless accompanied by a medical or veterinary certificate to be received by the Event Secretary within 7 days of the competition date.

Protests must be lodged within 30 minutes of posting of interim results and must be accompanied by a $20 deposit.

South Eastern Dressage Club Inc & Hillcrest Christian College do not accept any liability for accidents, damage, injury, illness or loss to any person, horse or property.
